Every Tuesday, I’ll share 4 things with you:
One personal thing
One marketing tactic
One product for inspiration
One great resource
Product Of The Day #2 On Product Hunt
This is my FIRST launch on Product Hunt, the first Product Of The Day #2 I've done! KloutUP started as a side project for as I didn't like the Linktree interface, and I'm so happy to see what it's becoming 🤩.
Check it out: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/kloutup
The launch brought about 1,300 visitors to the site and a 140 new users, 1 of whom was paying... so, perhaps a bit disappointing in terms of metrics. It may be that the Product Hunt community is a little less active these days than it used to be, and/or that Saturday is simply a low volume day. But either way, I'm glad the message was well received 🚀
Moreover the product was featured in the Product Hunt newsletter, after that I had a push to visit South America and especially Brazil, OBRIGADO
I'm working on a guide to launching your product on Product Hunt
Twitter DM
We know about email colds, and as a Twitter user, I've taken up cold DM.
The goal is to send at least 15 dm to potential Kloutup users every day with a nice little message, it allows a direct contact, people are more attentive to their dm especially when you come with a personalized message.
I've had a lot of people go and test Kloutup like that, I'll continue this strategy for every project I do
